An organised Office Administrator / Bookkeeper with skills in finance administration, sales administration, general office administration and customer service, required to support a small company based in Woodcote, Berkshire.
Skills & Experience:
A multi-skilled administrator who is self-motivated, a team-player, can take responsibility, work autonomously, and has strong customer service skills.
Finance Administration (Invoicing; Bookkeeping; Expenses; Bank payments; Credit Control)
Sales Support (Order processing; Preparing Quotations)
Manufacturing Support (Purchase order processing; Supplier quotations)
Logistics (Organising product shipments UK and internationally; Completing shipping and customs documentation)
Maintenance of company ISO standard accreditation
Previous experience working in a small business
Ability to work at all times with ever changing priorities
Manage and process all administration including data entry and filing, staff holidays etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as required
